Making a cool dressing table with a mirror and backlighting is a snap. This will require a standard tool kit and some free time. Construction and design is up to you. You can peek at original ideas on the furniture manufacturing forums.

The best material for making a simple dressing table is chipboard or chipboard. Moreover, if you already have a drawing on your hands, then you can cut the workpieces to the size in place. Material thickness - not less than 16 mm.

The first step is to prepare all the necessary blanks from the chipboard. In this case, the author uses sheets of 800 * 400 mm, wide planks of 800 * 100 mm, and also planks of 800 * 50 mm. However, the dimensions may be different.

The main stages of work

First, from the pieces of chipboard 800 * 400 mm, the author collects the table itself. Its standard design is rectangular. You need to make a markup and drill holes for confirmations, and then just put everything together. The tabletop rests on 4 dowels and plastic corners.

At the next stage, a frame for the mirror is made. The shape is square (dimensions 65 * 65 cm). The wizard will set the backlight in the same frame.

To do this, you will need to drill around the perimeter of the hole for lampholders for LED bulbs. A socket and a switch will be installed at the bottom of the frame.

And then it remains only to collect everything and install a drawer under the countertop. The result was a budget option for a house and apartment.
