When working with a diamond blade (for example, when you need to make gates in a concrete wall or cut ceramic tiles) a lot of dust is generated. However, this problem can be fought.

It is enough just to make a homemade dust extraction nozzle on a small angle grinder. Make it very simple.

For this device you will need a piece of plastic sewer pipe with a diameter of 40 mm, a home-made clamp, an M10 pin and three nuts.

Design features

One nut is welded to the angle grinder, the second to a homemade clamp. The third nut is used as a lock nut.

To the back of the plastic sewer pipe, you can connect a pipe with a hose from a construction vacuum cleaner. In general, the design of the nozzle is quite simple.

Cut ceramic tiles with a diamond disk or make strobes in concrete so that the grinder moves towards you. If you move the tool away from you, in this case part of the dust will not get into the pipe.
