Where an ordinary clamp does not cope, savvy comes to the rescue. Well, for example, as in this case.

The author shares his own idea - how to make a table clamp with your own hands for a home workshop or garage.

Moreover, improvised materials are used for this: a broken wrench (open-end) wrench and a profile pipe. You will also need a piece of round pipe.

First of all, we cut off a piece of the profile pipe of rectangular cross section necessary along the length. We drill a hole in it.

The main stages of work

On one side of the profile pipe, you will need to make one slot (a grinder to help you), and on the other two.

From the open-end wrench, cut off all the excess, then weld the nut.

We clean the metal with a grinding disc for angle grinders (or a grinding nozzle for a drill).

We drill another hole in the workpiece from the profile pipe, after which we fasten the part from the wrench with a bolt.

Next, cut off a piece of a round pipe and weld a furniture flange to it. Then we insert the rack into the hole in the profile.

We fix the structure on the table with the help of three screws, and you can use it.
