Spinner Mania has taken possession of both the old and the young. Once I noticed a spinner of an unusual shape in one adult, as it turned out - he was home-made. Without thinking twice, I wanted to repeat this homemade product to conquer my friends with a trinket of an unusual shape.
I will tell in detail what and how I did.

I needed to make a spinner:
  • Slice of MDF 4 mm.
  • Bearing.
  • 3 nuts.
  • Super glue.
  • Black acrylic paint.

Let's get started. Take a piece of MDF or other suitable material, in addition to wood, you can even use plastic, plexiglass or plexiglass. First, measure the outer diameter of your bearing. Take a compass and draw a circle with the desired diameter (100 - 80 mm) - this will be the outer size. Then draw a circle corresponding to the diameter of your bearing. Further, the circle is larger by 10 - 8 mm. Connect all the guides as shown. Draw circles on three sides for the nuts.

Then, with a hacksaw or a jigsaw, we cut out the contour of our spinner on a tree. To cut holes for the bearing and nuts, you need to use a special nozzle on the drill, but as always it was not at hand, so I started to drill a hole in a circle. We remove irregularities with a file and adjust the bearing under the landing hole. The bearing should sit tight in the socket, so the main thing here is not to overdo it.

When we figured out the central bearing, we proceed to insert the nuts. The technology is the same.

As you finish, go with sandpaper to remove all the burrs and bumps of our base.

Dust off the surface of our base. Cover with acrylic paint. Can be varnished.
While waiting for drying, blow the bearing away from dust and dirt, lubricate a little bit.
When everything is dry, take super glue, smear the ends of the base where the nuts and bearing are inserted, and insert the bearing and nuts into the seats.

We are waiting for about fifteen minutes - our spinner is ready!
This spinner is of a classical form, but can be made non-classical:

You have a large field for activity. Any shapes, colors and designs can be used. Go for it friends!
