Hot drinks warm us perfectly in the cold season or on a cool summer evening. This popular national Italian drink with its excellent aroma and exquisite delicate taste will win the heart of even very capricious gourmets.
Ingredients:
- Ground coffee (arabica or robusta) - 2 tsp
- Sugar
- Milk chocolate
- Milk - 50 ml.
- Water - 1 tbsp.

Cooking.
First we make coffee. Everyone has their own preference in this matter. We offer one of the options.
We boil water in a kettle or elsewhere. Pour coffee into the Turk.

Pour boiling water into the Turk most neck. We put our "coffee maker" on a small twinkle and wait until a good-quality foam begins to rise gradually. As soon as this happened, carefully remove the Turk from the stove. Mix the coffee drink and put it on for a couple of minutes on the fire. We bring coffee to a boil at least three times.
Pour coffee through a sieve into a cup. You can pour coffee two times, so that in the end there is less ground in the cup. Add sugar to coffee and mix.

Next we will make milk foam. For this we need a French press. Pour milk into it.

Close the lid and compress the milk until it turns into foam. Milk is best taken with high fat content.

On the surface of the coffee we spread milk foam.

Three milk chocolate on a fine grater and sprinkle foam. If you tolerate cinnamon normally, replace the chocolate bar with ground cinnamon.
