To compactly place a monitor, a stationary PC, a laptop and related peripherals, you need a computer table that you can do yourself. This will be much cheaper, because for the manufacture of the structure it is quite possible to use the remains of the building material after repair.

Tools and materials

If after finishing work there are unused materials that are a pity to throw away, it is more expedient to use them for future use. A compact corner table for a computer can be made of particleboard and laminate residues. The design will be durable and attractive. You will also need:

  • electric jigsaw;
  • screwdriver;
  • tape measure or ruler;
  • square;
  • clamps;
  • electric drill;
  • fittings.

For the visual design of a computer table, it is also possible to use various decorative elements - wooden planks, chrome details and other attributes of the interior.

Technological process

First you need to determine the location and dimensions of the table, and only after that proceed to the marking of the sawed surface and the processing of the used parts. Grinding machines or a manual rasp can be used as auxiliary tools.

The edges of the workpiece must be sawed off at an angle of 45 degrees in such a way as to exclude the formation of gaps between the walls and the edge of the table. The design should be as tight as possible adjacent to the wall surface - this will provide additional stability. Parts of the laminate are cut according to the template of the workpiece and glued to the outside of the countertop.

Then the table legs are screwed on, and PVC corners that are most suitable for the resulting thickness of the countertop are glued to the end surface around the entire perimeter. After that, you can proceed with the installation of shelves for columns and superstructures for other peripherals.
