If you decide to enclose the site with a chain-link and at the same time want to save money, then make yourself the easiest manual machine for making steel mesh for the fence. This is the most affordable and affordable version of the mini-machine for home use. Moreover, as the basic materials, everything that is at hand is useful.

The process of manufacturing a manual machine

First of all, we make a shaft - a three-quarter steel pipe 21 cm long is ideal for this. We drill holes with a diameter of 6 mm along the edges of the pipe, and also make slots with a depth of 20 mm and a width of 5 mm. It is advisable to drill a hole on a drilling machine so that it is as accurate as possible.

Next, you will need to make a hinge system. To do this, cut two pieces of 4 cm from the inch steel pipe and two pieces of 2 cm each. Connect these parts to the shaft. At the next stage, we make the working platform (base) of the machine from a metal plate with a thickness of at least 4-5 mm. The plate is 39 cm long and 10 cm wide.

The main stages of work

After that, we make a platform for the nozzle, using two pieces of a 25x25 mm corner approximately 15-17 cm long. The corners should be at a distance of 10 mm from the edge, and between them we insert two M8 nuts, after which we make the tacks by welding. In this case, the corners should be flush with the end edge of the plate.

Then install the nozzle on the platform and center the shaft. After alignment, weld the shaft. In addition, we make “paws” cut out of sheet metal with a thickness of 3 mm, after which we install a clamping fastener of bolts with M12 nuts and a 40x150 mm plate with a thickness of 6 mm.

On the opposite side of the base of the machine also need to weld "paws". For a detailed process of making a home-made hand-held mini-machine for the production of mesh netting at home, see the video on the website.
