There are several ways you can make a simple ball pen at home, which can be useful, for example, in the manufacture of various crafts. The options are very simple, and easy to repeat.

The first option is the easiest. You can take, for example, absolutely any ball of plexiglass, and drill a hole in the center, and then cut the thread in it.

Please note that plexiglass balls are drilled quite easily. That's just with a tap you need to be careful.

The material itself is strong, but brittle, and it is easy to split when threading. A stud is inserted into the drilled hole, and the ball pen is ready!

The following two options will require tennis balls. Yes, they are light and empty inside, but they can be filled with something more dense and solid. And to begin with, each hole will need to be drilled one hole.

As a filler for the first tennis ball, you can use gypsum or alabaster, or even better - building cement. Until the mixture has solidified, a long bolt or hairpin must be screwed into it.

The second ball can be made as similar as possible to the factory version. For this, an epoxy resin diluted with a hardener and tinted with black paint will be required.

The bolt must be greased with oil and screwed into the epoxy. By the way, the inside of the tennis ball will also need to be oiled.
