You can make a reliable and durable base for a miter saw from wooden blocks and plywood. However, at the same time, if the workshop is small, it is necessary that the table has compact dimensions.

In this review, the master shows how to make a simple folding table for trimming with your own hands, which will be the best option for small rooms.

First of all, it will be necessary to saw blanks from a square beam on a circular or miter saw.

The workpieces must be sanded, and then the author drills holes in them for the connection of the "oblique screw". And this will require a special device. How to make such a template, see this review.

The main stages of work

First, the master collects rectangular frames from the bars, and then the frame of the main cabinet, on which the miter saw will be located, is already made of them. A top is attached to the top of the frame.

At the next stage, in the countertop, on which the trimming will be, you need to make a hole for the dust extraction.

Then, from the bars and plywood, two more boxes must be made. Grind the plywood and cover it with a stain.

Next, two boxes must be screwed to the table frame on furniture hinges. Inside the frame, the master makes shelves (also from plywood). Then you need to screw the wheels to the base.

Then it remains only to make jibs for two side tables. Details on how to make a folding table made of wood for a miter saw, you can see in the video on the website.
