The main stages of work
From a sheet of metal, the author cuts a semicircular plate with three "ears" in which it will be necessary to drill holes.
At the next stage, one more part must be cut out of sheet metal in the size of a semicircle, but already in the shape of a crescent. In the "ears" also need to drill holes.
After that, you will need to cut the pipe out of the round pipe and weld it to the semicircular part.
In the end, it remains only to clean the welds and connect both parts using 3 bolts with wing nuts.
