To create an aromatic bomb at home is elementary. Our bomb will be with notes of lavender and the healing properties of sea salt. For one bomb, we need:
- 4 tablespoons of soda
- 2 tablespoons of citric acid
- 1 tablespoon of starch
- 1 tablespoon of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of wheat germ oil (Any other base oil will do)
- 8 drops of lavender essential oil
- spray with water
Take a blender or mortar and finely chop citric acid with sea salt.
You should get a uniform fine mass, without large crystals.
Mix soda with starch.
Add crushed sea salt with citric acid to the mixture of soda and starch. Mix until smooth. Blue sea salt will give our bomb not only healing properties, but also a nice bluish color.
Add wheat germ oil to our mixture, mix and make sure that the soda does not react with citric acid. The mass should be slightly moist, but not dry. Wet will swell, as if on a yeast, and dry will not be able to keep in shape.
Add lavender essential oil. We mix everything.
We try to make a lump out of the mass and see that it keeps its shape. If it falls apart, then it is the atomizer's turn. We make several injections and mix quickly. When the mass acquires the desired consistency, we begin to fill the mold. For molds, any plastic or silicone mold is suitable. In our master class, used a jar from under "Rastishki".
Tamp the mold tightly. That there were no loose places anywhere, otherwise it is fraught with the fact that the bomb will fall apart. Set to dry. About four hours. Then the bomb is ready for use.
Such bombs will delight you and your loved ones, because it is so nice to take a hot bath after a hard day, start an aromatic bomb, close your eyes and plunge into the relaxing bliss of pleasure.
