- Time: 30 minutes
- Exit: 10 pancakes.
Products:
The ingredients required for pancake dough are listed below. In addition to products, you will need a plastic bottle and two funnels. We take one funnel as usual, and the other, through which we pour flour into the bottle, we take a large size.
- - milk - 200 ml;
- - premium flour - 1 tbsp .;
- - egg - 1 pc.;
- - sugar - 1.5 tbsp. l .;
- - salt - 3 g;
- - vanilla sugar - 1.5 g;
- - sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l
For such an unusual pancake preparation, you need a clean 1.5 liter plastic bottle. For this purpose, it is better to take a bottle with a dispenser, since the dough flows through it with a thin stream, which means it will be more convenient to make patterns.
Cooking pancakes with a plastic bottle
We pour sugar and salt prepared according to the recipe through the funnel into the bottle. Pour milk and a raw egg here through a funnel. After twisting the bottle cap, mix milk with the rest of the ingredients added to it in the bottle.
Sift through a sieve the amount of wheat flour measured according to the recipe.
Add vanilla sugar to the flour.
Now insert into the neck of the bottle with the liquid components of the dough a large, dry funnel. Pour the sifted flour into the bottle through it. If there is no second funnel, then you can use the previous one by washing it and wiping it dry.
When all the flour intended for the dough is in the bottle, we twist the vessel with a lid. Now mix the liquid ingredients of the dough with the dry ones in a bottle. To do this, take a filled bottle in hand. We begin to shake the bottle intensely in our hands, thereby mixing all the components of the pancake dough into a homogeneous mass. In this way, mix the dough for several minutes until all the flour lumps in it are broken. Now leave the dough to stand for 15 minutes. After the dough has rest, using the funnel, pour 2 tbsp. l sunflower oil. Spin the jar with the dough lid again, mix the dough again, but now with the butter.
Now let's get to the fun part: frying patterned pancakes from a bottle. We put a frying pan for frying pancakes on fire, but do not heat it up much, since thin patterned pancakes need to be baked in a moderately heated pan. To lubricate the pan, you can take a piece of unsalted fat or a piece of potato, put on a fork and moistened with vegetable oil. Unscrew the cap on the bottle with the dough. Gently pour a thin stream of dough into the pan, drawing the selected pattern with the dough, for example, a heart. Since the pancake dough pattern is baked quite quickly, we carefully monitor that our work does not burn. Quickly, but gently flip a thin openwork pancake with a wide spatula to fry it on the back side.
Delicate lace pancakes look attractive when served on the table.
