What materials will be needed for this?
- The cloth. Absolutely any, for sure you have unnecessary scraps of fabric lying around somewhere. In this master class, denim, which used to be jeans, was used.
- Multi-colored remains of thread. Here it is a thread of floss.
- Threads and needle for sewing. Also, the needle is useful for embroidery.
- An elastic band, lace or ribbon - everything that fits the role of a loop, for which you can attach the bracket to the keys, a backpack or something else.
- Filler for a keychain (synthetic winterizer, small scraps of fabric, foam rubber, etc.)

Let's get started.
First, prepare a template by which we will cut out the details from the fabric. It is quite simple and unpretentious, so it is not difficult to repeat it.

From two pieces of fabric folded with the front part inside, we cut out the blanks.

Go to the next step. We begin to sew the two parts together, it is better to start the seam from the sides of the future animal, since it is much more convenient to turn it on the wrong side and finish sewing on a flat area. And also cut off about 4 cm from the lace for the eyelet.

The lace should be placed between pieces of fabric so that the "ponytails" stick out. See photo. We finish the seam, not reaching the place from which we started, 3-4 cm.

We turn it on the front side and fill it with a synthetic winterizer or any other material of your choice and gently sew it up.

We mark with a marker or felt-tip pen the elements that we will embroider with threads: eyes, nose, paws, various patterns, tail.

Now the fun part is embroidery. We embroider eyes, paws with white threads.

Colored residues - stripes on the sides both front and back.

Above the stripes, you can add “strokes” with threads of a different color.

We complete the eyes, nose and smile. Add a few more decorative patterns.

And do not forget about the ponytail!

That's all! Nothing super complicated and costly, but the eye pleases. Experiment, add something of your own and you will get your own individual animal-mascot. Success in creative work!
