To work on the picture you will need:
- PVA glue and "Moment".
- artificial leather in black, pearlescent, red, green and cream color.
- fiberboard sheet measuring 55x40 cm.
- A small piece of suede fabric.
- blue paint, for coloring the background.
- scissors.
- One tablespoon of dry semolina.
- a small sheet of thick cardboard.
We start by coloring the background. We take a fiberboard sheet and paint it blue on the front side. And while the painting blank dries up, we start making flowers, and we have red poppies. Cut the flower petals according to the patterns. For one flower, you need 4 small petals measuring 3x3 cm in the shape of an irregular droplet. Four medium petals 4x4 cm in size, and another 4 large 6x5cm. It turns out that for one flower you need 12 petals. We cut them out of red leather and lubricate with a brush from the wrong side with PVA glue.
While the petals are drying, we proceed to the manufacture of the stem for the flower. We take a wire from 10 to 15 cm long. We cut from artificial green leather flowers a strip of 1 cm wide and long as the selected wire. Glue the “Moment”, grease this strip and give time for setting, and then glue it to the wire, leaving 1.5 cm at the top of the wire not glued. This will serve as a stalk for further work. Now we take one fourth of the napkin and put it in several layers. Then we take the stem and with its upper part of the wire we clamp this napkin.
We take the skin of green color and cut out a circle with a diameter of 6 cm. We make a small hole in the center of the circle. We pass through it a stalk with a napkin. With this circle we wrap around a napkin and fix it with a wire at the top, leaving about one cm of the free edge. It turns out a box of poppies.
But to complete this box, you will need to take PVA glue, grease the edges of the box with it and dip in dry semolina. In this form, in the picture we will use two such boxes.
But for poppies, you will need to add a few stamens to this box. We will make them strips of black 10x2 cm in size. From this rectangle we cut the fringe - we make notches, not reaching a bit to the edge, and the stamens will be about 1.5 cm high. When the fringe is ready, we also grease its cut edge with PVA glue and dip in semolina. And when everything dries up, glue this strip with glue “Moment” to the finished box, with stamens up. The middle color is ready.
Now back to the red petals. They have not completely dried up yet and we put each petal accordion along its length, hold it a little and hold it in our hands. And then leave them to dry completely.
When all the petals have dried, we begin to form a poppy. We take the finished green center with black stamens, turn the stem up and begin to fix the small petals. Glue them with “Moment” glue with corners to the base of the stem.
Now fix the middle petals in a checkerboard pattern relative to the first. You can press it with clerical gum until it dries completely.
In the meantime, part of the flower dries, we cut green leaves. Their height will be from 13 to 15 cm, and width from 5 to 8 cm. Zigzags and waves on the leaves are cut randomly. Harvesting leaves need about 15 pieces of different sizes.
We continue to work on the poppy. Glue the third row to the dried petals, and glue a green artificial leather backing to all the leaves. The substrate is carved in the shape of a star with a diameter of 7 cm. And again we heal with clerical gum until it dries completely.
And we continue to work on the leaves. You just need to coat them with PVA glue on the wrong side. And when the leaves have dried, they need to be crushed in the hands, a new form of leaves is obtained.
And during this time our poppy has dried up. We remove the gum and straighten the petals. The flower is ready. Such flowers will need nine pieces.
Our poppies in the picture will be in a vase. So make a vase. We take cardboard, cut out the shape we like, they need 4 blanks, but each subsequent one will be 1.5 cm less in volume. And glue it together like a pyramid. Starting with the large reaching the small, we impose on each other. Then we take pearlescent skin and glue on top. The vase is ready. Now we have ready leaves, flowers and a vase.
It is time for a creamy piece of skin. We cut it out as the base of the picture, and 10 cm wide on one side and 15 cm on the other. We take the “Moment” glue, lubricate from the wrong side several arbitrary strips, placing them horizontally. We give time to glue the glue and make clamps on the front side, pressing the folds with glue inside. You can glue 2-3 petals on the side.
When the folds have dried this cloth is glued to the blue base at the bottom of the future composition, this will be the fabric on which there will be a vase with poppies. We make a frame for the picture. We glue the frame under the suede fabric, it is brown. Glue it gently.
Now glue the vase to the base, and green leaves around it. We place beads in places of future flowers.
Then we arrange the flowers to make it beautiful. And we fix it well with the Moment glue. On this, the composition "Miki" is ready, and for shine on the flowers you can sprinkle with hairspray. Everything is ready.
Good luck to all.
