As a rule, we have women full of all kinds of trinkets that lie in caskets and boxes, but there are those that we wear all the time. If these are several pairs of earrings, it will be more convenient to keep them in sight all the time. So that immediately, without wasting time, reach out and take jewelry that matches the outfit or mood! An ideal stand for earrings will be a homemade tree.
To create a stand tree, we need the following:
- wire with a cross section of 0.5 - 0.7 mm for the frame;
- a bowl for filling the "foundation;
- gypsum for the "foundation";
- floristic teip tape or fabric adhesive tape (thin);
- PVA glue;
- toilet paper or napkins;
- paints (gouache, acrylic);
- gilding (acrylic, dry bronze, liquid shadows).

To begin with, we cut off several pieces of wire and assemble the frame, focusing on how the trees look in nature. I advise you to bend the branches as fancifully as possible so that each bend is functional, that is, a pair of earrings can be hung on it.

Wrap the frame with tape or tape.

We dilute the gypsum with water to the consistency of thick sour cream and pour it into a mold lined with cellophane. We insert the frame and wait for the gypsum to solidify completely, take out the frame in the gypsum foundation and start working further.

Pour PVA glue into a convenient flat container, and tearing small pieces of toilet paper, glue it with the trunk and branches of the tree, keeping the curved shape of the branches.

First, we glue larger pieces on the thick base of the trunk and branches, gradually moving to smaller ones, pasting thin branches with them.

By folding paper impregnated with glue into bundles, we form the naturalistic contours of the protrusions of the bark. After the whole tree is done, put it to dry in a warm place for several hours.

Since we have a wire frame, that is, it is bent, and the hardened PVA glue also has plasticity, the tree will be motionless at the base, but it will spring slightly at the top and will not break even from heavy jewelry. After the tree is completely dry, you can cover it with paints. Acrylic paints are best suited for these purposes, since when dried, the lights form a waterproof film, that is, the product does not need to be varnished further. If you use gouache, then after drying the paint it is better to coat the wood with varnish. We completely paint the tree with acrylic ocher. We are drying.

Now we take a gilding of blue color, we set off all the recesses in the “bark”.

Then apply green gold to the base and in some places to the bark. We cover the tree and the base with gilding yellow. We dry and check how it fulfills its purpose - the jewelry holds and looks great, the tree is stable!
